Just in Time for Valentine’s Day! Bring a friend and learn how easy it is to make these decadent chocolates. Class begins Friday evening at 6:30 pm with a hands-on lesson in preparing truffles.
Return at 9:00 am on Saturday to shape the truffles and begin a second batch to complete at home. Bring 2 cookie sheets, an apron, a (metal) container to carry your truffles home.
Fee covers class and cost of supplies.
